By accessing or using EvoTegh's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
EvoTegh provides an online election management platform that allows organizations to create, manage, and conduct secure electronic voting. Our services include voter management, ballot creation, vote collection, and result tabulation.
To use our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our pricing structure includes a free tier for elections with 10 or fewer voters. Additional voters are charged at 4 cedis per voter. Payment must be made before launching an election with more than 10 voters or adding voters that would exceed the 10-voter limit.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your election complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use our services to conduct any election that discriminates against any group or violates any individual's rights.
We take data privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by EvoTegh and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
EvoTegh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
